I placed an on order Dec 5, a label was printed on the 5th, but order did not ship until Dec 9th. I was following order and it was not moving. On Dec 16th I reached out to customer service to let them know there was an issue with this package. I got some BS response that volume was high due to holidays and to get with them on Dec 26th, if I had not received. Clearly, with NO MOVEMENT, a reasonable person would surmise there was an issue. They wanted me to wait 4 weeks and then contact them again!? I contacted a friend who happened to be a post master and he looked into the package. It had indeed not moved since Dec 9th, and they "did not know" where the package was...i contacted customer service again and forwarded what USPS told me, NO RESPONSE from customer service. USPS were able to track the package down and get it to me. ALLSTARHEALTH customer service is pathetic. I can tell you as a past supply chain professional, AND a customer rep, that i would have investigated this issue AND I would have tried to make it right it by offering a discount, or some other way to show appreciation for their purchase and patience. The delay was not initially their fault, but their response and lack of action was...There are a plethora of online retailers to choose from, so, dont patron those who don't go above and beyond. Needless to say, I will not purchase from them again, and do not recommend that anyone does!
