I would not recommend ordering from AllStarHealth if you’re outside the US particularly in Australia. My experience was frustrating due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service.I placed an order on January 28th and paid $58.70 for 2 to 5 day shipping. However after weeks of delays my package was stuck in customs with no updates. Instead of assisting AllStarHealth shifted all responsibility onto me advising me to contact FedEx myself to find out what was going on.After nearly a month with no resolution I requested a refund but they refused citing a vague claim that the package “may” contain banned ingredients something they never flagged before shipping. Despite this being outside my control they provided zero compensation and stated they would only refund me if the package was returned minus return shipping fees.International customers should be aware that if anything goes wrong you’re on your own. There are far better companies that provide real support and stand by their customers. Disappointing experience.
