A bunch of incompetent people.I ordered some stuff (only $115 bucks) on Tuesday morning, they did not ship on that day, nor on Wednesday and this is Thursday morning I had to cancel it, because I needed it by Saturday. I talked to Anthony and specifically asked to ask to ship the order on Wednesday so I could have enough time to receive, as they ship from NC and I live in GA. I'm not sure if it is the company's policies, but none of their employees can't make any request to their warehouse, and this is very simple, I've deal with amazon.com and many other big companies, and they are competent enough to make a note and get the order shipped faster, how hard it is to put 10 bottles of vitamins in a box with a receipt and tracking number?In the business I deal with, if I lose an order because one of my employees can't accomodate my customers, specially with such an easy request, I'd fire him.
