I ordered from Allstarhealth for the first time this past spring, in March (order 1573324040). Unfortunately, the pandemic has influenced postal services across the globe, as we all know. Customer service in April and May was responsive to all requests about tracking the package through DHL, but it never made it to my mailbox on the other side of the pond. The total was under $12; I knew the pandemic was causing bigger problems than this, and I just let it go.This week (late August) I received an email: "Your order was returned to us by DHL. A refund has been applied to your credit card. We apologize that this order did not make it to you."Just like that, on their own. Why do I call it "honest" when it's actually just normal? Because I placed a different order around the same time with Biovea; that experience has been the opposite (no answers from customer service, package delayed and returned to sender as well, but no word about refunding). Who do you think has secured my customer loyalty?... Well done, Allstarhealth.
