Disappointing. They have all these red warnings on their site about import duties but make it clear that under a certain amount you pay them up front. Because they botch my order up DHL tried charging me again for tax/duties. ASH refunded some but not all of this and said there was nothing they can do despite it being their fault for screwing up the order. Basically I ended up paying DHL for their mistake and they refused to refund me.
