I have yet received my $251.33 that Allstarhealth took from my account. I wrote to them from my bank’s advice, asking them to write to my bank confirming that their bank agrees with my bank’s CHARGE BACK. But it seems they ignore my email. This is on-going painful issue that has happened for 1 month since they wrongly charged my account whilst still in doubt about the information on my credit card. They made all excuses for my not being able to receive my money back. They seem to be unable to provide me with the records of what they have done so that I can get back my money $251.33.I am not the only victim of this organization. I just want everyone to be cautious when doing shopping with them.
