I've been purchasing for a few years now (every month in fact).Their prices are very good and the selection is above average. Shipping is quick, but they often change methods, so delivery time can vary greatly.Unfortunately of late, they teamed up with the information shill/scam website "Bizrate" which they ask you to do a survey that is nothing more than a time consuming trick to get free information with no reward.As well, even if using a recognized device (PC/phone), they ask you to go through multiple layers of repeat questions to prove you are real just to login to your account rather better methods such as 2 step verification. This has gotten much worse of late and customer service seems to make excuses for this.So unfortunately I am going to try another place for my next order (Swanson was recommended by a friend). Hopefully these issues get fixed and I will try Allstar in the future, so I am leaving my account open.EDIT:In reply to AllStar Health, their rather canned response makes me even less likely to come back.First, Bizrate is a known scam site and the many reviews on the internet show this, so defending it leaves my mouth wide open with shock.Here is one such opinion from another person: "Promises something of value ($100),makes you work for it by answering questions, and then you find out your "reward" is 4 magazine subscriptions that are no way worth $100 (they have special rates all the time) and you have to pay $2.00 each to "process" and they are are self-renewing to boot. Scam. Should be illegal."As for clearing cache/cookies, I do this every time I go anywhere on the internet. Interestingly, I noticed today after another login, that Allstar Health changed to a single box Captcha, which I noticed elsewhere do not have the same issues. If Allstar does not want to use more modern 2 step verification or other methods, at least use this type of Captcha.In the end, I'd be willing to deal with these rude Captchas, but AllStar Health's association and defense of association with Bizrate make me question their trustworthynessEDIT #2:Gave AllstarHealth another chance. Never sent shipping confirmation, blammed me for email issues, which were clearly on their side. Shipping information was screwed up, including email and address they already had on file. Package is now lost and I have file a credit card charge back.Looking into this company, their CEO recently changed hands with a person now at the helm with very suspiciously hidden bio. Their terrible mismanagement reflects this. Sadly they used to be a very good company
