1.They had a payment issue using PayPal.2. They had an address problem with their website.3. I called them twice about the above issues which was frustrating.4. After finally placing an order again that as earlier voided, I somehow didn't receive an email which required that I click on a link for PayPal payment.5. When I called Allstarhealth about the order problem they never did recognize the order issues was their fault and would not expedite shipping to compensate for the delay.
