When you have an issue with an order this place is pretty disappointing to work with. And unfortunately I've had some issues with them. The biggest is they keep shipping to an old address (despite having updated the address and confirming the correct address on checkout). They have a distribution center on each coast which means your delivery time may vary considerably (and there is no reliable way to know where the product will ship from). It's a gamble as to arrival time on your order. Any contact I've had with the company (4 or 5 times) has been annoying (i.e. they are borderline rude).
