I've ordered aspesialy over the phone to make shore that they had it in stock, and they confirmed that they did. After days 2 days my order still wake shipped and I called them again they gave me the rubis excuse that it could take longer I again asked, I had to chase them for 5 days I a row only to find out they didn't have half my order in stock. I asked if they could split the order up and ship what they had and the rest later but they refused. They gave me a refund but from the original order of over $2800 I lost over $200 in exchange rates an apology or any form of compensation forget it. The said thing is that this happened on a regular basis on previous orders but then it was only a couple of bottles short so I had it removed and shipped. They should only debit your payment card when they have the order ready to ship and are shore that everything is available for delivery. But there quite eager to take your money asap, and it's quite said that they sell stuff that they don't even have in stock. I'll be ordering from someone else from now on.
