As a consumer I try to be loyal and patient. We seldom deal with truly small enterprises. In my experience large companies are difficult or impossible to contact. If you read the Allstarhealth reviews you may notice that they appear to read the reviews. Responses are even as opposed to being overly sugary or all similar sounding. For myself it indicates 1st, they hope to communicate, 2nd they understand listening and caring can increase customer satisfaction. I stay with a company as long as possible. Unlike other companies Allstarhealth improves over time.You can not do everything well but you can first do what you do, well. While pricing is generally low, I am not buying price. Allstar, in my experience, has added to my health. They seem to spend more time improving than hounding me for business. What they do, is make themselves useful.
