Ordered a necklace for my partner on 6th October. Apparently it was 'dispatched' on the 11th October but according to Royal Mail they are yet to receive the package, a week later. Emailed Allure and had a generic 'we're busy' response. If you're going to mark it as dispatched, then please dispatch the package. Absolute joke.Also, no phone number to contact them. Only way to speak to them is via Instagram or email.
