Like many others have mentioned, the company promises a delivery time of 2-4 days, but after ordering a Christmas gift, I received a tracking code that has shown for weeks that the item hasn’t been picked up. I contacted the carrier, and they confirmed a delivery request was made, but no package has been received. When I reached out to the company, they blamed the carrier's busy schedule and said I would get an update soon. However, after requesting proof of shipment, they have not replied. The customer service is disappointing, and now I have to go through my bank to get my money back, with no Christmas gift to show for it!

The seller claimed my order was 'mailed out' on December 14th and provided a tracking number. However, when I contacted the shipping service directly, they confirmed that they 'have not yet physically received your package' and that the tracking status only indicated a shipping label had been created. The seller processed my payment but failed to ship the item, using false tracking details to mislead me. Email from the shipping provider... I placed an order on December 7th, and it was dispatched on December 15th, with a delivery estimate of 1-2 days in the UK. It still hasn’t arrived, and I encounter an error when trying to track my order. I haven’t received any responses to my emails. This was for two family gifts, and I’m really disappointed that I trusted this service.
I ordered on November 29th and have been in contact with the company, who assured me it would arrive in time for Christmas. It has now been over three weeks since I ordered gifts for my mother and wife. The company keeps blaming the carrier, saying it just needs to be scanned. However, I’ve ordered from two other companies using the same carrier, and both arrived on time. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
