This company has been a letdown. I placed an order with an estimated shipping time of 5 business days on November 30, and I'm still waiting. I've sent multiple emails and messages through the website without any response. It feels like I’m being ignored. They even removed shipping estimates from their site. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to seek a refund. They did send some socks as part of my order, but they arrived with an unpleasant smell. I would advise others to steer clear.
