Trying to get answers from them is impossible...I've been reaching out to them for 6 weeks...The clothing is fabulous..I was hesitant about their sizing guide lines
(they recommend much larger than I usually wear) ..but I trusted them and I'm glad I did. I usually wear a medium or large if I want a loose fit..but they suggested x-large and they are perfect..so the reviews about items being too small are understandable..
Positive aspect: The products are soft, although they run very small. Negative aspect: I encountered an issue where the "Place Order" button appeared twice during my order. Assuming I missed it, I clicked again, and a different item was added to my order! Additionally, they do not offer "free refunds" as claimed on their website—only store credit is available. The store credit is issued two weeks after they receive the returned items. I placed an order using credit six days ago and received an email today about my "Pre-Order." The email mentioned that estimated shipment and pre-order status were noted on the product page, but they are not! It seems I won’t be receiving my $92 back, and I’m doubtful I’ll receive any products either. Very disappointing!
Although it took a few months to receive my socks, I was kept informed about the delay. I absolutely love the non-toxic socks and wear them daily. I also purchased a bra that has become my favorite. Prioritizing non-toxic materials for undergarments is important to me, and this bra truly meets my expectations.

As of now, no refund has been processed, and I had to initiate a dispute through a payment platform to recover my funds. Their communication has been slow, unclear, and reactive. Retaining a customer's funds for over a month without shipping, then delaying a refund after cancellation, reflects a severe lack of professionalism and accountability. If you prioritize honest business practices, timely fulfillment, and basic consumer rights, do not risk placing an order with this service.
