Extremely poor customer service

My experience with this brand was incredibly disappointing. I was initially excited about their offerings, but after two weeks of waiting for my order to ship, I reached out to customer service with no response. After sending a message on social media, I learned that they didn’t have the inventory I ordered and couldn't provide a timeline for backorder fulfillment. There was no apology, and I had to request a refund. Even after following up, the responses were frustratingly slow, and it seems I'll be waiting even longer for my refund. This behavior is unacceptable for a company that promotes strong values.
