This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with an online order. I ordered socks in mid-November for a Christmas gift, expecting a 3-5 day shipping window. I received no updates on my order status until I contacted customer service. Now, four weeks later, I’m still waiting for a 'supervisor' to approve my cancellation request. If it’s not approved, I’ll only receive store credit, which I have no intention of using. I feel cheated out of $70.
