Definitely not a scam company so I'm changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars.ETA: I got a reply via FB Messenger that they will refund & cancel the order. I will update and change my rating once I have received the refund.SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Ordered 3 things, received 1, they said the others were on backorder... FIVE WEEKS LATER still no shipping information, many many emails sent and no reply, no refund. Anyone know how to find a phone number? This is giving major china scam company vibes. Stay away! Been sending emails from their website, replying to their order confirmations, via FB.... No response.
