I ordered on November 30 with a 5-day shipping promise, but I still haven’t received my items. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times with no response, and the company has gone silent. They’ve even removed shipping estimates from their website. I disputed the charge with my credit card company as I believe that’s my only option for a refund. They sent some socks from my order, but they arrived with a strong chemical smell, typical of mass-produced items. I would advise avoiding this company.
