I don't want to keep complaining, but this situation has become ridiculous. All the upstairs windows are suffering from excessive condensation, and nothing has been done about it. The insulation is also inadequate, which goes against what was promised by the representative, who claimed that the windows would prevent outside noise—it's just as noisy as before. The service needs to send a qualified technician immediately to fix these problems, especially after the significant amount paid for what feels like a subpar installation. I cannot recommend this service due to the ongoing issues.
