Ongoing frustration with service

I really don't want to keep complaining, but this situation is becoming absurd. All the upstairs windows are experiencing significant condensation, and this issue remains unresolved. The insulation is also insufficient, contrary to what was promised by the representative, who assured me the windows would block outside noise—it's just as noisy as before. The service needs to send a qualified technician promptly to address these concerns, especially after the substantial amount paid for what feels like a poorly executed job. I cannot recommend this service due to these persistent frustrations.

Another issue to address

I don't want to keep complaining, but this situation has become ridiculous. All the upstairs windows are suffering from excessive condensation, and nothing has been done about it. The insulation is also inadequate, which goes against what was promised by the representative, who claimed that the windows would prevent outside noise—it's just as noisy as before. The service needs to send a qualified technician immediately to fix these problems, especially after the significant amount paid for what feels like a subpar installation. Assistance during fitting

The fitter was on his own, so I didn't mind helping him. The door and windows look fine, but I still hear outside noise, which was promised to be blocked. The worst part is the constant phone calls for more work, sometimes twice a day. I will definitely get a call blocker to avoid them.

Issues with window installation

I had my windows and doors installed just over four years ago. Recently, my daughter's bedroom window developed a large crack seemingly out of nowhere. I contacted the service on December 1st to inform them and provided photos. I was told it would take a week to make a new glass unit and that someone would install it. However, when I followed up on December 12th, I was informed it wouldn't be installed as promised, and they hadn't even made it yet. I explained that the crack was inside the house, but all I got was a dismissive response. Now I'm left waiting for a callback about the replacement. They are quick to take your money but unresponsive when issues arise. I'm now hoping for a January replacement, worried about further damage to my child's bedroom.

Great people but communication issues

1. Friendly staff. 2. Good quality products. 3. Communication was lacking—five instances of promises to call back that went unfulfilled. Additionally, scaffolders showed up early without notice and arrived again to remove scaffolding without warning. These communication issues could easily be avoided.

Avoid this service

I strongly advise steering clear of this company. The first set of windows was rescheduled twice on the day of the appointment, and every handle has required three replacements in just 12 months. For the second set, again every handle is flaking, and appointments were canceled before the job. The third set was fitted poorly, with the team arriving at 5 PM to install four windows in the dark, wasting another day of my time. They eventually completed the installation, but none of the windows had the necessary vents, and the glass was scratched. The safety latches in the kids' bedrooms are non-functional, and one window is dangerously low. The frames were scratched, silicone was everywhere, and they stood on the bay roof despite being told not to, causing damage. After numerous appointments, they still haven't rectified the issues, and a technician showed up today without the necessary glass. After 12 days off work, the frustration is overwhelming.

Windows installation experience

We were satisfied with the product, and everyone involved was courteous and polite from start to finish. I didn't give 5 stars because there was a delay in fitting one of the windows due to a scaffolding issue that wasn't ordered. I had to make several calls, but it felt like they were trying to resolve the issue quickly. Everything was completed, and the quality is excellent.

Excellent job overall

We had three new doors, including patio doors, and all new windows, gutters, and soffit installed. The work was done excellently, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Even when three pieces of glass were damaged in transit, they returned the next day to fix them. I highly recommend this service, and their prices are reasonable as well.
