I had my windows and doors installed just over four years ago. Recently, my daughter's bedroom window developed a large crack seemingly out of nowhere. I contacted the service on December 1st to inform them and provided photos. I was told it would take a week to make a new glass unit and that someone would install it. However, when I followed up on December 12th, I was informed it wouldn't be installed as promised, and they hadn't even made it yet. I explained that the crack was inside the house, but all I got was a dismissive response. Now I'm left waiting for a callback about the replacement. They are quick to take your money but unresponsive when issues arise. I'm now hoping for a January replacement, worried about further damage to my child's bedroom.
