Wasn’t sure an ensuite would fit in our tiny box room but they made it work. Had to shift the layout around a bit so it didn’t feel too cramped and sorted the drainage which apparently was complicated because of where the soil stack was. Six months in and the waterproofing’s held up fine, no issues. The tiling came out really well too. Wish we’d done it years ago tbh. wf

They sheeted off the hallway properly so dust didn’t get everywhere, and actually cleaned up at the end of each day which seems rare these days. The plumber found a leak behind the old tiles that we had no idea about, could’ve been a nightmare if it’d been left much longer. Three weeks door to door. Really pleased with how it turned out.

My mum was struggling with the bath so we got it converted to a wet room. Joel came round and explained what was possible without trying to upsell us on anything, which I appreciated. His team did a proper job of it, the floor drainage works perfectly and there’s no water pooling anywhere. They turned up when they said they would and seemed to actually care about getting the details right. Good bunch.
