I bought a laptop that doesn’t work properly. The service only responds to my emails by asking me to fill out a form, which I’ve done three times. I’ve also tried calling and requested a callback. They are aware of the problem but are unresponsive. It seems like a scam. I might have to resolve this with legal assistance.
