I ordered around August 24, and as of November 1, nothing has arrived. A month later, my order was still 'in preparation', so I reached out to support. They advised me to cancel, which I did, but since then, I only receive the same automated responses about a reply within 48 to 96 hours, and no one ever responds. It’s absurd—they even include a smiling photo of a supposed 'support agent' in their emails, making it feel like a joke. They have apps on various platforms, which makes them seem legitimate. It’s a total scam.
This service is a scam. They will happily take your money, but when you return the item as instructed for a refund, they won't issue it and will keep the goods. When I inquired about the refund, they kept saying they were sorry and looking into it, but it was all lies. They just keep avoiding the issue. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. If you don’t believe me, check the reviews from others.
After waiting over three months for my refund of €490.29, I filed a complaint against the company with the consumer administration. I urge them to process my refund ASAP. If I don’t receive my money, I will have no choice but to escalate this legally. I know I’m not alone; many others are in the same situation. Please expedite my case and initiate the refund process without further delay.
Non-existent customer service. They do everything possible to avoid resolving issues. I bought a fridge freezer that failed under warranty and couldn't be repaired. They told me to take it to a recycling center at my expense and obtain a certificate of destruction for a refund. When I insisted they collect it, they claimed my address didn’t exist! They even said their courier attempted to collect it without notifying me. I only found a resolution thanks to the manufacturer sending a replacement six weeks later. This service is deceptive, and I fully agree with other reviews labeling them as online scammers. AVOID!
Order 360307 placed on December 17, 2024, was never delivered. I received a message stating a refund was processed, but the money is still not in my account! I keep getting responses saying the refund is being processed, but I’ve been waiting over two months! Total scam.
