Our experience with this car rental service was quite disappointing, and we strongly recommend steering clear of them. We were provided with a rental car that had completely worn-out tires, lacking any tread, despite needing a reliable vehicle for our journey through the mountains. This was not only irresponsible but also posed a significant safety risk. Additionally: • The car was from a smaller category than what we had booked and paid for • The vehicle was extremely dirty • When we voiced our concerns, no alternative car was offered. As a result, we had to rent from another company at four times the cost just to ensure our safety during the trip. The quality of the vehicles and the service provided are unacceptable. This service shows a clear disregard for customer safety and basic care. Very poor quality, very poor service. Definitely not recommended.
