Our experience with this rental service was extremely disappointing, and we strongly recommend avoiding them. We were given a rental vehicle with completely worn-out tires, lacking any tread, which posed a significant safety risk. Additionally: • The car was a smaller category than what we had booked and paid for • The vehicle was in very dirty condition • When we expressed our concerns, no alternative car was offered. Consequently, we had to rent from another company at four times the cost just to ensure our safety during the trip. The quality of the vehicles and the service provided are unacceptable. This service demonstrates a lack of responsibility regarding customer safety and basic care. Very low quality, very poor service. Would not recommend.

We rented a car for our 9-day holiday and, given that we had a long journey ahead of us, we specifically booked an SUV with child seats. The vehicle we received was not comparable in size or suitability, making it difficult to fit our luggage and manage the seating for our children. Although the company claimed the car was similar to what we booked, we disagreed. Further complicating matters, the child seat provided had a broken buckle, and after waiting for a replacement that never arrived, we were told to drive into the city to collect another one. Eventually, a different seat was brought, but it was in poor condition and missing parts. The service was unacceptable, and we felt unsafe. We requested our deposit back, but the company suggested we could have used the faulty seat temporarily, which was absurd. I would advise families to avoid this service.
I booked through a third party and not directly. Upon collection, there were two staff members checking the vehicle with my partner, and they noted numerous scratches, which he ensured were documented. However, we did not receive a copy of this documentation, just the contract. Returning the car was where everything went wrong; I was accused of a dent that I believe was caused by an older staff member during the check-in process. He claimed that if we had booked directly, this wouldn't have happened and charged us €200, which we had to pay to avoid missing our flight. We had booked full insurance through the third party, so I hope it covers this, but I am still fighting to get my money back. I will not use either service again.

When they finally replaced the vehicle, they gave us a large van instead of the small car we had booked. Customer service was terrible; the representative was rude and unhelpful. Avoid this service!

The initial check of the vehicle was rushed, and it was challenging to document the existing scratches in the poor lighting. The car was also nearly empty on fuel. After careful use, we returned the vehicle with half a tank, but the same staff member charged us €300 for a scratch that was already there. We know we didn’t cause it. Avoid this rental service and opt for a more reputable company.
The service was quick and efficient, with no hidden charges. Car collection and drop-off were hassle-free, and the rental fees for the small SUV were fair, matching what we had reserved online. We were pleased with the value for money.
