I had an awful experience with this rental service. The vehicle provided was dirty, nearly out of fuel, and very old. Toward the end of our trip, the battery died, leaving us stranded. Although someone eventually came to assist, they left a warning light on. We lost a whole day of our vacation and had to rely on taxis, yet the service refused to reimburse us. When they finally replaced the vehicle, they gave us a large van instead of the small car we had booked. Customer service was terrible; the representative was rude and unhelpful. Avoid this service!
