We arrived late at our destination to find only automatic vehicles available despite our manual booking. The staff attempted to charge us for a second driver until we presented our booking info. The initial check of the vehicle was rushed, and it was challenging to document the existing scratches in the poor lighting. The car was also nearly empty on fuel. After careful use, we returned the vehicle with half a tank, but the same staff member charged us €300 for a scratch that was already there. We know we didn’t cause it. Avoid this rental service and opt for a more reputable company.
