To avoid!I had an extremely disappointing experience with this car rental company in Larnaca Cyprus. The first car I received, an Opel Insignia, was already damaged—with a broken right side mirror and filthy seats. The very next day, I discovered the A/C didn’t work in 40-degree heat! After I called them, they did agree to provide a replacement car the following day.However, what came next was even worse. Without any prior notice or clear evidence, they charged me the full €800 deposit for a dent they claim I caused. The photos they eventually sent as “proof” arrived nearly three weeks after the charge and do not convincingly show that the damage occurred during my rental period. This lack of transparency and professionalism is completely unacceptable.To make matters worse, the initial contact upon arrival—the woman who drove us from the airport—was extremely impolite and rude.I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this company to think twice. If you want a reliable vehicle and honest, professional service, look elsewhere.
