Warning — proceed with extreme caution I am genuinely shocked to be writing this negative review, especially given the high ratings and positive feedback that led me to book with this company. Everything seemed fine — until I returned the car 15 minutes earlier than planned.Not once did the agent mention that there would be a 50 euro “early return” fee. There is absolutely no mention of such a charge in the rental agreement. What’s worse, the agent personally processed the charge under his own name, not the company’s. This is highly suspicious and raises serious concerns about honesty and ethics.It feels like this so-called fee was simply made up on the spot, and charging it through his personal account is a major red flag. This is deceitful and a blatant conflict of interest.Bottom line: If you choose to rent here, double-check everything the agent tells you. Ask for written proof of any charges. Don’t assume anything is as it seems. You’ve been warned.
