I had some questions and concerns when I ordered first off that I wanted to make sure I put the right name on my Christmas ornaments I ordered so I emailed and a lady Faye got right back to me to confirm for me not to worry that they had the correct information I gave them and then I was concerned about our postal strike here in Canada again I emailed how they would deliver and I was assured by Faye again it would come to my door and just a couple of days after my order arrived wonderful service
