Ultimately, the item arrived four days after Christmas from a different source, not the one I had been tracking. By then, my granddaughter was no longer around, and I had already bought another gift. I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times but received no response. The only communication I got was from someone tracking the package, suggesting I open it and enjoy the quality, implying I should be happy and spend more to ship it to my granddaughter. It’s disappointing.
