I was told to make a separate booking, which I did, ensuring all names matched the passports. At check-in, I was denied boarding because the service had shortened my middle names, and my second booking was deemed a duplicate. The airline advised me to seek a refund directly from them, but they refused, labeling my inability to board as a "cancellation." I was only offered a partial refund, based on their cancellation policy. This issue is now being disputed through my credit card to recover my funds.
