This was one of the worst booking experiences I've encountered. I booked a flight from one city to another, but the airline changed my connecting flight time, making it impossible to catch. When I reached out, the service's response was cold, stating that the ticket was non-refundable and offering a meager refund. I lost my trip, my money, and a long-awaited vacation due to their errors. I'm very disappointed and will not use this service again. I advise others to double-check everything before trusting this platform.
