I purchased boots that were quite expensive. While I love their style and support their vegan approach, they are extremely uncomfortable and lack proper insoles. For this price, I expected better foot care. They also stained my socks, and after a year, one heel's sole came off completely. Customer support couldn't find my order and refused to help further. I now have to pay for repairs myself. Overall, very disappointing and overpriced.
