I recently bought a pair of boots from a well-known retailer, attracted by their reputation for quality footwear. What a huge disappointment! The boots arrived damaged, indicating a serious lapse in their quality control. As a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with defective products that should never have been shipped.
When I contacted the support team for a full refund, I was told that since I was outside their "easy returns" country list, I would need to cover the return shipping costs myself. This is unacceptable! Why should I incur extra charges for their error? It's their duty to ensure items are properly inspected before shipping, not mine to pay for returns on faulty goods. This policy seems designed to evade responsibility, especially for international customers, and it has left me feeling completely undervalued and cheated.
I've lost all trust in this retailer and will not be purchasing from them again. If you're thinking about buying from them, reconsider – their approach to handling issues like this is shocking. I expected better from a brand of this caliber, but this experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.
