The service I have received has been absolutely unacceptable. It has taken nearly two months to receive a refund for a return that was confirmed as delivered on 4 February. Throughout this entire process I have received contradictory information and excuses, including being told the parcel was still “in transit,” despite tracking clearly showing it had already been delivered to your warehouse.
The constant misinformation and lack of accountability has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Your website states that refunds are processed within a certain timeframe, yet this has clearly not been honoured in my case.
Based on this experience, I would never recommend anyone purchase from ALO. The returns process described on your website does not reflect the reality of the service being provided, and this should be reviewed and corrected so that customers are not misled.
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever encountered.
