Te were not honest from the start. They seem to have missed telling me some things. My credit score was not great but solid, all my payments were on time. Doing this and having to let everything go overdue was the worst thing I ever let happen. Then after they have negotiated one ,the next one they asked for more money, I told them no. They finally came back with the best they could do. Saved me a couple thousand maybe after there 30% fee from the original balance. Now between all this many credits cards that were already zero were closed ,others lowered my credit limits. Others didn't close it yet until its paid in full, but I have no available balance although my payments are on time every month. Not sure if this was just a me issue and others have see financial help through this program or not. But if I could go back I would not have done this I would have followed my first instinct. I'm not sure how much lower my credit score can go at this point. They don't seem to be accredited by the BBB is how it looks anyway. Good luck make your own choice Just giving my experience so far.
