My deals ended Dec 7. Ive been trying ever since to talk to someone. Spent hours waiting and on hold. I have breast cancer and tv is my escape and my cell is my life line. They wont take my calls. I am blocked and they are threatening to cut my services. Shame
I spent my whole day off on hold trying to cancel my plan. I was previously with telus but contract was up and decided to switch to rogers.
Their cell service is so terrible I was unable to make or receive calls at work and as a snowplow driver this is quite important.
Speaking with multiple reps and being on hold for 5 hours has made it very clear that not one of them knows what they are doing...Think twice before switching to rogers!!!!
Sent to collections less than a week after honoring arrangement with payment. Uneducated staff with no ability to convey what Rogers is really doing. In store staff don't notate my account, and other staff say anything without looking at my account and apparently that's my fault. After years of great payment streak as a single parent with no help. Rogers WANTS to destroy my credit as their staff repeatedly make fake arrangements. This is how you know their phones are worth a few dollars, not a couple thousand dollars. I have perfect shape device they refuse to take back so am stuck with Bill I can't pay. I already paid as per arrangement on Feb 20 and on Feb 23 they tell me they changed their minds, don't want device, tell me to eat entire bill they know I can't pay and lose customer for life. This is how you know Rogers evil company. If those devices actually cost money, they would prefer that back. Since losing their device and money was a better deal, just to take pleasure in sending to collection, they didn't lose anything. Just standing on pride on running down struggling Canadians. Degenerate company.
My 84-year-old mother signed a contract for two years with Rogers and gave them her credit card number for auto payments, big mistake. When she asked for help from Rogers with her channels she was unknowingly passed over to a company called “Just Answer”. Not informed of this she was automatically signed up as a member and charged $60 per month. This company must be in bed with Rogers as she did not give this company her credit card information. After several charges to her credit card, as she was unable to cancel this membership, I advised her to report her credit card as lost. She is now fighting to retrieve her money. Highly stressful for an 84-year-old senior. I highly advise you to keep clear of Rogers and Just Answer.
Tried to get in touch with a Customer Service agent after 7.00am MT i.e. 9.00am ET, could not reach the Customer Service Agent. Had some questions regarding billing. Was charged $47 extra for the days I cancelled and sent back the Modem.
So I started a chat, went round and round with the AI BS Anna. Then after repeated attempts to connect with Agent I was the 58th in line. The worst customer service in the whole world.
I too like many others on here wish I could give no stars. There is no customer service at all from this company. They are the worse, they lie and give you different stories each time you speak with someone on their chat. No one in this company knows what they are doing they have stacked my bill and no one can explain why my bill is $37 more than what it should be. I was threatened that if I don’t pay a huge amount I will incur more charges. I give this advice run far away from Rogers. Thank god I don’t have a plan with them.
Zero customer service.the sales guy said he would take care of canceling our old provider he never did so we ended up paying 3 months for a service we didn’t even use.called them about it and got total attitude and zero compensation for there mistake.cant log into the app to pay the bill.just an all around shit show of a company.Dont waste your time with this company
Never works currently writing this on my phones LTE data cause my wifi yet again won’t work and like for the price it should work flawlessly… it would be cheaper for me to go get two phones to just use for hotspot ing my tv and it’d work better so far since I’ve swapped from Telus I’ve regretted it since the first week, absolute joke services
The people make Roger’s great! As customers we know it can take a long time to upgrade to a new phone but your staff are the best at making that time fly by. Colin at the Tillsonburg store was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he made the experience painless for me! Thanks Colin
Rogers is the worst service I ever had used. They won’t mention anything about the charges and after cancellation they just post it in your bill stating that it’s valid. I faced a lot of trouble during the services also. They call multiple times to take the service but won’t give a good customer service. I don’t recommend anyone to have Rogers
