As an installer we have used many Batteries over the years and Alpha are by far the best. Their customer service really makes life easier as an installer and the products are top quality! Alpha ESS really is a great product. Excellent experience over the past 2.5 years. Original S6-HV system installed with 2 x 8.2kWhr batteries. Added a further battery after a year and another one just recently. Really is plug and play with a seamless integration. App interface user friendly and intuitive. Great product is matched by great customer service from installation team through to ongoing technical support. Fast response to queries raised. Always happy to help and explain. 100% recommend 👍

What an amazing product and team to work with. I recently installed the new Alpha Storian H50-G3. The support from the outset for the design by Andy, The onsite comissioing and continued remote support from Lewis and Joe has been invaluable. I have installed both the residential and commercial alpha products and they are both not just leading with their technology and specifications but their engineer and customer support is excellent. It gives both the customer and myself the installer the peace of mind that the system will function and perform as expected. Any issues that may arise will be swiftly dealt with and supported remotely or by their amazing team of field engineers. It was great to be one of the first installing this commercial unit and looking forward to working with the team on the next project.
