Honestly, I wouldn’t even give them one star. I would ignore their 25-year warranty. My mother-in-law had this done, and now there are green algae stains, with visible fasteners showing through the finish. After emailing them, they blamed it on traffic and trees, even though it’s a quiet road with few trees nearby. Aftercare is nonexistent.
Green algae is growing at the front of my house. I emailed for assistance and was given a contact number to resolve the issue, meaning I have to cover the costs myself. The 25-year guarantee seems non-existent. I would advise staying clear of this service.
