The representative confirmed my contact number and promised to have someone reach out. After three hours with no update, I called back, worried about the freezing temperatures and potential pipe damage. Once again, I was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours. Given that I pay for this service, I am very disappointed. My son has asthma, and our old house loses heat rapidly. While I can manage without heat for a night, it's now Monday and I still haven't heard anything.
