I wrote a review after attempting to file a complaint and utilize a warranty on 31/12/25. The company responded on a review platform, stating, “Hi, we're sorry to hear this. We understand our team have been in touch to offer a solution. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to pass this onto the relevant teams.” This is completely untrue and reflects their unwillingness to engage in a fair discussion with customers. Feel free to reach out to me—your customer service agent likely has my details from the phone number ending in 203. In my view, this is just typical evasion from a large organization when the circumstances aren’t in their favor. The product is decent, but don’t expect to access the warranty without a struggle!
