Would be zero stars if I could. Boiler gone in to error code, no heating or hot water. Reported the issue and have to wait 5 days for an engineer to come out. Stated that I have 3 children, one classed as vulnerable but still same, customer services are terrible, they don't care, sound like they are reading from a script and to top it all boiler is now leaking. Putting your kids to bed and they say I'm cold mummy is heartbreaking. These companies should have a legal duty to get out to customers within 48 hours for these circumstances which I will be looking into.
