The alphagear watch works the charge cords are the weak leak. The magnet in the charge cable fall apart. We ordered new alphagear cables for replacements and they didn't charge the watch at all straight from the package I've tried several times to email support at alphagear to only get generic emails in return. We got lucky and the watch works just can't charge it. Owned the watch for 6 months before the 1st cord went bad. The 2nd cord made it for another 6 months now we have to try and fix the original cords. Beware the this Company
