I purchased the alpha gear Bravo XL in early 2025. I purchased that model because they claimed a 30 day battery life. I can can confirm that mine has never had an issue and the battery usually last more than 30 days. Currently to my surprise I checked how much charge I have left and it's at 40%. But what really stunned me is that the last time I charged it was 12/02/25. I wear it daily and I sleep with it on. I told two coworkers about them one month after I got mine. They both bought the bravo xl. They both go 30 days between charges. Since our initial purchase we each on two. My second is the commander I have worn that one much. There is nothing wrong with it, I just prefer the larger face on the bravo xl

Screen glitches less than one month

The watch crapped out less than a month of wear. The screen is glitching and none of the functions are working. I have just reached out to customer service so we will see how that goes.Update: Only had a 30 day warranty so I’m out of luck. Was a Christmas gift purchased Dec 9, started wearing Dec 25, crapped out Jan 15. 3 weeks of wear. Also took 4 days and 4 emails to get an answer that they couldn’t warranty it.

These watches are trash 🗑

I first bought the Alpha gear watch in August 2025 in over the last six months in trying to charge the watch, it never reaches 100% anymore. This is very disappointing. In September I also bought a Alpha gear Commander and after wearing it for 3 days then putting it on the charger it never ever came back on again. These watches are nothing but trash! Save your money they truly aren't worth it!

Do not buy

Do not buy! Watch has to be reset all the time. Reached out to customer service about watch bands breaking within days of wear. Told my 30 day warranty did not include this! As for a watch that is advertised as indescribable this is absurd. I didn't even put the watch into tough situations. As a large company this customer service is sub par and makes dealing with said company's almost not worth the time, will remove from my watch collection and will give CARBINOX a try. Also sent me wrong product with order and ignored this with no end result, save your money this watch is cheap garbage!

I paid 51$ for a watch from this company and it didn't even last a year it died today

Not impressed with the watch or the service

Everyone's experience and expectations are different, but I bought the Commander watch along with BOGO Juliet for my wife. Wife hated the Juliet immediately. The screen, regardless of choice, is cocked to the left, the weather is always inaccurate, the blood pressure, when compared to her blood pressure cuff, is always inaccurate. Tried to return it immediately but because it's BOGO it could not be returned. My experience with the Commander is less than ideal but I wear it every day. I agree the weather is always wrong and my BP does not match the cuff when I compare them. Overall, wish I spent the money on a FitBit.

Nope! Customer Service thumbs down!

I've had two Alpha watches, the Delta and Delta Pro. Within a year both are not working correctly. Contacted customer service and they were no help. Just needed some guidance on resetting watch to adjust time. Something as simple as that and all I got is that my watch wasn't under warranty any more.

Loved this watch for less than 90 days

Loved this watch for less than 90 days. then the face fell off. I work in an office. If this watch can’t handle picking up phones and typing do not waist your money. Even better the customer service was not bad but horrible. They never asked me for an order number or anything when I brought this concern up to them. They just stated I don’t have warranty coverage and offered watches for $55 bucks.

I bought two watches one for my husband…

I bought two watches one for my husband and one for me and his watch stopped working. They are not waterproof as they advertise and my battery watch does not last like they advertised. My battery watch lasts me for no more than 3- 4 days. I contact them and they didn’t offer anything. I don’t recommend this product as they are false advertising. The watch only lasted almost a month. I’m very disappointed because I bought the watch for Father’s Day.
