Honestly, where do I begin.
I started trading a 1-step with alpha, it was my first ever account. I passed my 100k 1-step, and did my KYC. A few days later my funded was rejected cause of my KYC, because apparently someone was in the same room as me when I was doing my KYC? I am a 23 year old and I live with my parents? Is this even legal?
TLDR: My funded was denied because my KYC was rejected. They must use this as an excuse to block many traders and THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER A REFUND. I tried communicating with them but it is always useless, they do not care.
They failed to provide the service I paid for and did not give a refund. STAY AWAY!
