I booked and paid for a vehicle online. Upon arriving at their office, they requested an additional $230 on top of my initial payment. The supervisor said he would check with the manager, but returned stating I still needed to pay an extra $125. When I asked to speak with the manager, the supervisor claimed he had already left. This felt like a direct lie, raising concerns about the company's honesty, especially when senior staff are untruthful. In the end, I had no option but to pay the extra fee to get the car. Additionally, the promised pick-up from the airport was supposed to take 5 to 20 minutes, but they arrived 35 minutes late. This appears to be a scam; I cannot recommend this service.
