I reserved and paid for a vehicle online, but when I arrived at their office, they requested an extra $230 beyond my initial quote. The supervisor stated he would consult with the manager, but returned saying I still needed to pay an additional $125. When I asked to speak with the manager, the supervisor claimed he had already left. This felt like a direct lie, raising doubts about the integrity of the company, especially when senior staff are not truthful. Ultimately, I had no choice but to pay the extra amount to receive the car. Moreover, the promised pick-up time from the airport was 5 to 20 minutes, but they showed up 35 minutes late. This feels like a scam; I do not recommend using this service.
